The Client Brief
The client was an existing NetSuite user when they contacted ACS. They wanted a review of their NetSuite system and provide recommended configuration and customised changes. They also had a requirement for ACS to project manage the integration between NetSuite and their ecommerce solution – Magento. The client also wanted ACS to provide a second line support desk to their staff
We executed several discovery sessions followed up with restructuring and development recommendations. These adopted changes were implemented by ACS and the client. The integration project between NetSuite and Magento was project managed and controlled by ACS.
The client has a better structured data set within NetSuite for more accurate and meaningful analysis. Their NetSuite system is now fully integrated with Magento to benefit from near real time sales orders and payments. The staff are benefiting from help from the ACS support team that understands the client’s business and NetSuite configuration.
