We were approached by a London-based lifestyle brand who were already using NetSuite.
They asked us to review their existing NetSuite setup and recommend configuration changes and customisations that could help to improve their operational efficiency.
They also asked us to project manage the integration between NetSuite and their Magento 2 ecommerce platform and provide a support desk for their staff.
We conducted several discovery sessions to ensure we fully understood all business processes and the client’s requirements.
These sessions allowed us to provide tailored recommendations for restructuring and developing their NetSuite configuration.
We also project managed the client’s integration between Magento 2 and NetSuite.
The client has a better structured data set within NetSuite for more accurate and meaningful analysis.
Their NetSuite system is now fully integrated with Magento to benefit from near real time sales orders and payments.
Staff continue to benefit from ongoing help from the ACS support team who understand their business and NetSuite configuration.
