The Client Brief
We were approached by a luxury Italian fashion brand based in London who were already using NetSuite.
They asked us to review their existing NetSuite setup and recommend configuration changes and customisations that could help to improve their operational efficiency.
They also required integrations between NetSuite and their Salesforce Commerce Cloud website and NetSuite and their outsourced warehouse.
Our Solution
We conducted discovery/analysis sessions with NetSuite users across the business. This ensured we fully understood all business processes and were able to document any issues with the current NetSuite setup.
Our in-depth discussions with all NetSuite users allowed us to fully appreciate the issues they were experiencing and draft a plan of action to address them. This took the form of an agile backlog of changes and customisation to be implemented in NetSuite.
In parallel, we also designed and developed integrations between the warehouse’s WMS and NetSuite to record inventory movements, order fulfilments and item receipts, as well as integrations with Salesforce Commerce Cloud to handle the creation of transactions and master data in NetSuite.
The Result
As a result of our changes, the client now has restructured their NetSuite tax codes, inventory, locations, subsidiaries and data analysis.
Their data is now more accurate, and business processes are more streamlined. The integration with the WMS is providing more accurate stock levels, improving planning and fulfilments to customers and driving operational efficiency.
The integration to SalesForce is providing more accurate recording of payments and improved reconciliation with the payment gateway.
The client is now also able to report in far greater detail on online marketing campaigns and promotions, leading to better promotional planning and improved ROI.
