At the beginning of every NetSuite implementation project we create a Sharepoint site that contains all the resources and documentation for your project including a project plan, the RAID and the Business Requirements Document.
To ensure complete clarity, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined at project inception and all tasks on the project plan are assigned an owner.
The project plan is continually updated to show progress against each task, with overdue tasks immediately flagged for resolution. This ensures all stakeholders are aware of project progress and action can be taken to counteract any delays ASAP.
All ACS project resources log their time against each project phase on a weekly basis. This ensures complete transparency and accurate burn rate reporting. Any invoices we issue also include this information to ensure your end to end reporting and reconciliation is as straightforward and accurate as possible.
A successful NetSuite go live is just the begininng. Our ongoing support package ensures continuity of service and continious improvement. All our support staff are fully aprised of your NetSuite configuration, including any customisations we have implemented. This ensures seamless service from day one and beyond.

Everything you need to know about NetSuite project management
We use a combination of the waterfall and agile project management methodologies. A new implementation is planned using waterfall with testing (both of the core platform and any customisation) performed in an agile way. This ensures a fixed timeline for the overall project whilst adding flexibility.
Project meetings take place at least once a week and increase in frequency during and after go live. We are also always on hand to address any issues or queries as they arise.
We create a project plan for every element of the NetSuite implementation which includes details of the owner and estimated/actual effort for each task. A detailed burn report is driven from the project plan allowing you easily reconcile any invoices against the work that has been undertaken.
For larger projects, it's likely the client will have their own project management capabilities. We are used to working in a collaborative way with project managers from all parties including customers and fellow suppliers.
Each project has a centralised RAID log which can be accessed by all key stakeholders. The RAID contains details of all Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies for the project and is reviewed during each project meeting.
NetSuite's Project Management module streamlines project planning and execution by managing timelines, resources, budgets, and billing processes. It ensures accurate and timely invoicing through features like automated invoicing, time tracking, and expense management.
